Colour: ruby red, dense and compact.
Bouquet: very intense and persistent, ethereal, fruity with hints of cherries preserved in alcohol, dried flowers and sweet spices.
Flavour: full bodied and very smooth, with velvety tannins.

FOOD PAIRINGS

Red meat and mature cheeses, accompanied by red-berried jams. Dark chocolate.
